Our Wedding Party

Delana and Marie have been best friends since they were eight years old — opposites in a lot of ways, but more like sisters than anything else. Marie is the one Delana calls when she needs honesty, insight, or someone who just gets her without explanation. She’s been through every season of life with Delana, and there’s no imagining this wedding without her.

Cameron met Will in high school and later introduced him to Delana — so we all have her to thank for this whole wedding! She and Delana became inseparable in college, and their friendship has only gotten better (and slightly more responsible).

Anna Grace is Will’s older sister, and from day one, she welcomed Delana with open arms (although Delana was the most nervous to meet her- not Will’s parents). She’s completely unafraid to speak her mind and brings joy to every room and every family gathering. Delana is honored to be gaining such an amazing sister!

Annisten is Delana’s step-sister, though they grew up as two only children who became close later in life. She’s the kind of person who will celebrate your highs and listen to your lows. She seems to succeed at everything she tries- especially baking!

Ben and Delana met working at a terrible job in college, but their friendship has been anything but. He’s the person who will always have your back — fiercely loyal, endlessly empathetic, and ready to take your side even when you're clearly the problem.

Amber and Delana met at church and became fast friends through worship team, small group, and a lot of very real conversations. She’s a mom, a kindergarten teacher, and an eldest daughter — which means she’s calm under pressure, endlessly patient, and somehow still manages to take care of everyone else with grace.

Will’s dad, Jim, is stepping into the role of Best Man just as his own father did at his wedding — a tradition that means a lot to them both. Their relationship has grown stronger over the years. Jim has a PhD in organic chemistry, an endless supply of dad jokes, and a proud ability to stop conversations cold by mentioning either.

Mitchell and Will met in the kiddie pool at Snee Farm when they were three years old and have been inseparable (and occasionally insufferable) ever since. Their friendship is more like a sibling relationship — filled with bickering, history, and a long track record of Mitchell proposing chaotic plans while Will emphatically says “Mitchell, no.”

Will and Max met around 5 years old and grew up biking between each other’s houses in the Snee Farm neighborhood and have stayed close ever since. Max is usually the one calling to vent about work, life, or family — and Will is the first person he turns to. Their bond is soundtracked by years of friendship, historically blasted at full volume in Max’s SUV, affectionately known as “Steven.”

Will and Joe met in high school and later became college roommates. Their bond is built on shared memories, unfiltered conversations, and a pact to have each other’s back — even if they ever got drafted. Joe is the friend who’ll debate theology one minute and laugh at the dumbest joke the next.

Will and Graham met in middle school and have shared a friendship rooted in humor, heart, and a healthy amount of chaos. Graham is wildly creative, endlessly sincere, and somehow both irreverent and deeply kind.

Matt and Will have been friends since middle school, bonded by Boy Scouts, music, and their shared time as roommates. Matt is thoughtful, sharp, and quiet in the best way — the kind of person who creates beautiful things without needing to say much. He’s now the front man of Kit, the Athens-based band he plays in with Mitchell.
